Fashion Designer & Merchandiser Intern with PPO

Location: Rajouri Garden, New Delhi

Type: Full-time Internship with PPO

Duration: 6 months

Modo Caldo is looking for a Fashion Designer & Merchandiser Intern who is creative, organised and highly attentive to detail, with a strong eye for fashion and an excellent command of fashion illustration.

What You'll Do

• Assist in the end-to-end management of production, from sampling and sourcing to final garment completion.
• Assist with designing and developing collections, including research, concept development and garment detailing.
• Create high-quality fashion sketches and technical illustrations for designs and production.
• Coordinate with vendors, artisans and production teams to ensure timely execution and quality.
• Assist in managing stockists, including inventory, orders, dispatches and communication.
• Maintain production, sampling and merchandising records and ensure smooth coordination across teams.

What We're Looking For

• Strong fashion design fundamentals and exceptional sketching skills.
• Good understanding of garment construction, fabrics and finishes.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
• A sharp eye for detail and a genuine interest in fashion.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on studio environment.

PPO: Candidates demonstrating strong design ability, ownership, consistency and performance during the internship may be offered a full-time position with Modo Caldo.
