We're looking for a Fashion Designer with 13 years of experience in ethnic wear to join our team. This is an on-site role focused on designing, sampling, production coordination, and vendor management.

Role & Responsibilities

Design ethnic wear collections in line with brand aesthetics

Develop sketches and fabric/trim boards

Work closely with the sampling team to get first pieces right

Coordinate day-to-day sampling and production processes

Source fabrics, trims, and manage vendor relationships

Oversee timelines and ensure quality control

Who You Are

A fashion design graduate with 13 years of relevant experience

Experienced in ethnic/contemporary Indian womenswear

Strong with design development, sampling, and production follow-up

Able to work with local vendors

Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and basic MS Excel

Nice to Have

Understanding of embroidery and surface techniques

Familiarity with sizing, fits, and fabric behaviour
