Job Description

Role: Style Creator (Video-first) — Twin

Most people don't know what to wear.

Too many options, zero clarity.

Twin exists to fix that.

We're building a product that helps people understand their personal style and dress with confidence. Not by showing more clothes, but by helping themdecide better.

We're also a Shark Tank-featured brand, building fast and thinking big.

That's where you come in.

What you'll do

You'll create short-form videos that make fashion feel simple, intuitive, and obvious.

  • Turn confusing outfit choices into clear recommendations
  • Break down why something works (or doesn't)
  • Style the same piece in multiple ways
  • React to trends, outfits, and real-world looks
  • Help users feel like they finally get their style

This is not about dancing on reels.

This is about taste, clarity, and influence.

What we're looking for

  • Strong personal style (you actually care about how things look)
  • Clear communicator (you can explain why, not just show)
  • Comfortable on camera (natural, not scripted)
  • Fast creator (you can consistently produce content, not just one good video)
  • Deep interest in fashion, trends, and culture

What will make you stand out

  • You already create content (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, anywhere)
  • You have opinions about fashion (and aren't afraid to say them)
  • You can make simple outfits look interesting
  • You notice details others miss

What this role is not

  • Not a typical video editor job
  • Not a brand photoshoot role
  • Not passive content creation

You're closer to a stylist + creator + friend who people trust for what to wear.

How to apply

Send us:

  • 2–3 short videos you've created (or record fresh ones)
  • One video where you style a basic outfit in 3 ways
  • One video where you explain why an outfit works (or doesn't)

We care more about your thinking than production quality.

  • If you've ever looked at someone's outfit and instantly known what's wrong (and how to fix it), you'll fit right in.
