Role Description The Fashion Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ludhiana. The Fashion Consultant will assist clients in selecting wedding attire and accessories that suit their personal style, body type, and event requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing personalized styling advice, explaining product features, coordinating complete looks, and ensuring an exceptional in-store experience. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of current fashion trends, supporting visual merchandising, and collaborating with the sales team to meet customer needs and sales goals. The consultant will handle client queries, conduct fittings, and contribute to building long-term relationships with customers.
Qualifications

• Strong Product Knowledge and understanding of wedding and fashion collections.
• Proven Fashion Consulting and personal styling skills, with an eye for detail and trends.
• Effective Communication skills, including active listening and clear, respectful interaction with clients and team members.
• Customer Service skills focused on delivering a welcoming, high-quality client experience.
• Sales skills and comfort in working toward individual or team sales targets.
• Ability to work on-site in Ludhiana, including weekends and peak wedding seasons as needed.
• Prior experience in fashion retail, styling, or luxury customer-facing roles is highly beneficial.
• Basic knowledge of Indian wedding traditions and attire, with willingness to learn and adapt.
• Organizational skills to manage appointments, fittings, and multiple client requests efficiently.
