Role Description
The Fashion Consultant will work in a full-time, on-site capacity at our Surat location. The primary responsibilities include assisting customers with fashion selections, providing personalized styling recommendations, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. The role requires maintaining expert knowledge of product offerings, identifying customer preferences and trends, and driving sales through effective communication and exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include maintaining merchandise displays and contributing to achieving team sales targets.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of fashion products and trends, and ability to provide informed recommendations
- Expertise in Fashion Consulting, including styling and personal shopping
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs
- Experience in Sales with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Passion for fashion and staying updated with contemporary styles
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
- Prior experience in the retail or fashion industry is a plus
- Professional demeanor and attention to detail
