Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and fashion-forward Retail Stylist to join our team. As a stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service by helping customers find outfits that fit their style, body type, and occasion needs. Your ability to build relationships and offer expert advice will create loyal customers and drive sales.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them throughout their shopping journey.
- Understand customers preferences, body types, and needs to offer personalized styling advice.
- Curate complete looks (clothing, accessories, etc.) for occasions such as weddings, events, or everyday wear.
- Maintain knowledge of current trends, store products, and styling techniques.
- Coordinate with the tailoring/design team for any alterations or customizations.
- Build and maintain client relationships through follow-ups and personalized service.
- Support visual merchandising by keeping displays attractive and in line with brand standards.
- Meet and exceed sales goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist with stock management and new product launches.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and special events.
- Proven experience in retail styling, personal shopping, or fashion retail (1–3 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, body types, and color theory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, energetic, and confident with a passion for fashion.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
