Job Description:

The Fashion Consultant will provide personalized styling advice and exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience. This role involves assisting customers with product selection, maintaining store standards, and contributing to sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored styling recommendations.

• Assist customers in selecting apparel and accessories to meet their preferences.

• Maintain store presentation, including product displays and stock organization.

• Process transactions and handle customer queries efficiently.

• Meet individual and team sales targets.

• Use basic computer systems for inventory tracking and sales processing.

• Communicate effectively with customers, with a preference for local language proficiency.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th Pass (any subjects).

• At least 1.5 years of retail experience.

• Basic computer knowledge (e.g., POS systems, inventory software).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Local language proficiency is preferred; other languages will be considered.

Preferred Skills:

• Passion for fashion and customer service.

• Experience in menswear or apparel retail.
