SWEET DREAMS is expanding its retail team and hiring Fashion Consultants / Brand Staff for our Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) across India.

Role Details
Position: Fashion Consultant / Brand Staff
Experience: 1–4 Years
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
CTC: Up to 2.5 LPA
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and assist customers
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
* Provide product, styling and size guidance
* Achieve individual & store sales targets
* Build strong customer relationships
* Support visual merchandising and stock replenishment
* Assist with billing, packing and daily store activities
* Maintain a clean and customer-ready store
* Follow brand standards and SOPs
Who Can Apply
Candidates with 1–4 years of experience in Retail / EBO / Fashion / Lifestyle / Apparel are preferred. Fashion Consultants, Sales Associates, Brand Staff, Retail Executives and Customer Advisors are encouraged to apply.
