For our multi-designer store in Fort Kochi, , we are looking to hire a full-time, on-site Fashion Consultant to provide customers an exceptional shopping experience. The store is open every day of the week from 10 AM to 8 PM.

Role Description

Assist clients in selecting the perfect outfits by providing personalized styling advice and product recommendations.

Create repeat business by offering exceptional customer service and building strong customer relationships

Ensure product knowledge and fashion trends are consistently updated

Achieve sales targets contributing to the growth of the brand

Contribute to maintaining the store's visual standards and promoting Salt Studio's brand values.

Qualifications

• 2 - 3 years experience in fashion or retail sales
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends, product details, and an eye for styling
• Skills in Fashion Consulting and personalized styling
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service expertise
• Sales experience with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
• Interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
• Creativity and attention to detail in assisting customers with their wardrobe selections
• A passion for sustainability and ethical fashion is a plus
