Role Summary

We are looking for a Fashion Consultant to deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and create a great shopping experience at our Foot Locker store in Thane.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers and recommend suitable footwear and accessories.
• Achieve sales targets through effective selling and upselling.
• Handle billing and POS transactions.
• Maintain store displays, stock availability, and store appearance.
• Resolve customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Retail, fashion, or footwear sales experience preferred.
• Basic computer and POS knowledge.
• Customer-focused, energetic, and team-oriented.
