Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused
Fashion Consultant to assist customers in selecting the right outfits and styling options. The candidate should have a keen eye for fashion trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering a premium shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with outfit selection based on their preferences, body type, and occasion
- Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations
- Drive individual and store sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and collections
- Ensure excellent in-store customer experience
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
- Handle billing support and basic store operations
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue
