Luxoro Formello® is a premium Indian footwear brand specialising in handcrafted luxury formal shoes and leather accessories.

As we expand our retail presence, we are looking for Fashion Consultants to join our new store at Pacific Mall, Jaipur.

We're looking for confident, well-presented and customer-focused individuals who have a genuine interest in fashion, styling and luxury retail.

Training Before Store Launch

Selected candidates will undergo paid training at our flagship store in South Extension II, New Delhi before joining the Jaipur team.

• Paid training with stipend
• Hands-on luxury retail experience
• Product, styling and sales training
• Permanent posting at Pacific Mall, Jaipur after successful training

What You'll Do

• Deliver a premium, personalised customer experience
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the right footwear
• Provide styling, sizing and product recommendations
• Explain leather, craftsmanship and product details
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Build long-term relationships with customers
• Maintain premium visual merchandising and store presentation
• Represent the Luxoro Formello® brand and its service standards

We're Looking For

• Male & Female candidates
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Smart, confident and well-groomed personality
• Strong interest in fashion, styling and luxury
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous experience in premium retail, fashion, footwear, hospitality or customer service preferred
• Sales-driven and customer-focused
• Willingness to relocate to Jaipur after completing training in Delhi
