They assess body types, skin tones, and lifestyle needs to build cohesive wardrobes that enhance a client's confidence or elevate a brand's professional identity.Key ResponsibilitiesPersonal Styling & Curation: Recommend flattering cuts, colors, and accessories suited to the client's body shape, budget, and specific occasions.Wardrobe Audits: Review clients current closets to identify gaps, organize items, and suggest key pieces to purchase.Personal Shopping: Accompany clients on shopping trips or pre-select items for private fitting and styling sessions.Trend Analysis: Stay deeply informed on current trends, designer collections, and seasonal styling techniques.Client Relationship Building: Maintain a client database, offer high-quality customer service, and encourage repeat business.Sales & In-Store Support: Drive retail or boutique sales targets, assist with visual merchandising, and handle transactions when necessary.Essential Qualifications & SkillsDeep Fashion Knowledge: Strong eye for aesthetics, color coordination, and fabric/tailoring quality.Excellent Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to comfortably and respectfully engage with clients.Sales Acumen: Proven ability in client acquisition, upselling, and customer retention.Education/Background: Often requires a degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or prior experience in lifestyle retail and personal styling.
