Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Consultant located in Bangalore and Hyderabad, India. The Fashion Consultant will focus on providing personalized fashion advice, helping customers select products, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. Responsibilities include staying updated on product knowledge, assisting with wardrobe recommendations, engaging with customers to understand their requirements, driving sales, and contributing to the overall customer satisfaction of the store.

• Proficiency in Product Knowledge and an understanding of current fashion trends.
• Experience in Fashion Consulting and styling for diverse customer needs.
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build strong client relationships.
• Sales acumen with the ability to meet and exceed targets while increasing store performance.
• Passion for fashion and knowledge of luxury retail apparel.
• Ability to work in a team and deliver in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role or relevant industry is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Fashion or related field is advantageous.
