Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Consultant Intern role based in the Pune Division. The intern will assist clients in selecting appropriate outfits and accessories for various occasions, ensuring a personalized styling experience aligned with current fashion trends and brand guidelines. Responsibilities include supporting fittings, coordinating looks for events, and maintaining visual merchandising standards in the store. The role involves managing garment selection and returns, updating product and styling information, and collaborating with the team to enhance the overall customer experience. The intern will also contribute to sustainability-focused initiatives by educating customers on rental options and the benefits of circular fashion.

Qualifications

• Foundational fashion knowledge and styling ability, with a strong interest in luxury and sustainable fashion.
• Customer service and interpersonal skills to engage clients, understand their needs, and provide inclusive, respectful assistance.
• Attention to detail in outfit coordination, fittings, and garment care to maintain high quality standards.
• Basic organizational and time-management skills to handle appointments, inventory-related tasks, and daily store operations.
• Comfort with using digital tools and online platforms to support omnichannel customer experiences.
• Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, collaborate with a diverse team, and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Enrollment in or completion of a program in Fashion Design, Fashion Management, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior internship or project experience in fashion retail, styling, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
