Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Fashion Consultant at our flagship store in Bengaluru. The Fashion Consultant will assist clients in selecting elegant and culturally significant silk sarees, provide personalized styling advice, and showcase product knowledge to ensure a tailored and satisfying shopping experience. Responsibilities will also include supporting sales efforts, offering excellent customer service, and working collaboratively with team members to achieve business goals while upholding the brand's commitment to quality and artistry.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Fashion Consulting and knowledge of traditional and contemporary wedding attire.
- Strong communication and customer service skills for providing an exceptional client experience.
- Sales expertise to assist clients in making choices that align with their preferences and event needs.
- A deep understanding of product knowledge, especially regarding silk sarees and their unique craftsmanship.
- Passion for fashion and culture, with the ability to create meaningful shopping experiences.
- Knowledge of heritage Indian craftsmanship and natural fibers is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and maintain a client-focused approach.
