Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fashion Consultant cum Sales Representative based in New Delhi. The role involves assisting customers with fashion consultations to help them make selections that suit their individual needs and preferences. The consultant will ensure a high standard of customer service, provide detailed product knowledge, and maintain relationships with clients to drive sales and build brand loyalty. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory, identifying client needs, showcasing collections, and supporting the overall retail experience to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Fashion Consulting and a strong eye for style and design trends.
• Leading and meeting sales targets.
• In-depth Product Knowledge and the ability to effectively explain unique features.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with and understand clients needs.
• Experience in Sales, including upselling and achieving retail targets.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish long-term client relationships.
• Passion for fashion, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Previous experience in high-end retail or luxury fashion is a plus.
• A bachelor's degree in fashion, business, or a related field is an advantage.
