Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Consultant role based at Cop Your Drip in Nagpur. The Fashion Consultant will guide customers in selecting apparel, sneakers, and accessories that match their style preferences and current streetwear trends. Daily responsibilities include greeting customers, understanding their needs, offering personalized styling advice, and showcasing new and limited-edition collections. The role involves maintaining visual merchandising standards, keeping up-to-date with product launches and fashion trends, and ensuring a welcoming, inclusive store experience. The Fashion Consultant will also support sales transactions, handle product inquiries, and collaborate with the team to meet store targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Product Knowledge and Fashion Consulting abilities, with a keen eye for streetwear and sneaker trends.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to deliver a positive, inclusive in-store experience.
- Sales skills, including the ability to recommend products thoughtfully and support customers through purchase decisions.
- Proven experience in retail, fashion, or styling roles is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Nagpur, including weekends and peak retail hours.
- Attention to detail in visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Enthusiasm for sneaker culture and community-driven fashion brands.
- Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system skills.
