CTC: 15,000 – 18,000 per month, based on skills & experience

Availability to Join: Immediate Joiner or candidate available to join in 15 days

About the Role:

CHKOKKO is looking for an energetic, confident, and customer-focused Fashion Consultant to join our retail team at Downtown Market, Ludhiana.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in apparel, sportswear, fashion, or lifestyle retail and a strong passion for customer service and retail sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting the right sportswear/apparel based on their needs and preferences.
• Deliver an excellent in-store customer experience.
• Drive sales and achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
• Explain product features, fits, sizes, fabrics, and benefits to customers.
• Maintain attractive product displays and visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with stock management, inventory checks, and product replenishment.
• Handle billing and other basic store operations when required.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
• Coordinate with the Store Manager and team for smooth daily store operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales.
• Experience with garments, apparel, sportswear, fashion, or lifestyle brands will be preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good understanding of apparel/sportswear products, sizing, fits, and customer preferences.
• Sales-oriented, energetic, well-presented, and confident personality.
• Ability to work in a team and achieve sales targets.
• Customer-focused approach with a positive and professional attitude.

Salary & Benefits:

CTC: 15,000 – 18,000 per month, depending on skills, experience, and suitability for the role.
