Responsibilities
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn accounts
- Create engaging content, captions, reels, and fashion-focused storytelling
- Plan and execute social media campaigns and content calendars
- Develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns
- Identify, onboard, and coordinate with fashion influencers and content creators
- Track influencer performance, collaborations, and ROI
- Coordinate with photographers, designers, and marketing teams for content creation
- Write product descriptions, blogs, and brand communication content
- Cover fashion events, photoshoots, exhibitions, and brand activities
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities
- Analyze social media and campaign performance to drive growth
Requirements:
- Background in Fashion Communication, Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Design, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields
- 0–3 years of experience in social media management, fashion communication, or influencer marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and influencer marketing platforms
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar creative tools
- Passion for Indian textiles, handlooms, fashion, and luxury retail
- Creative mindset with strong organizational and coordination skills
