Position Overview

We are seeking an active and detail-oriented Farm Supervisor with at least 2 years of hands-on agricultural experience to join our team in Ujina, Haryana (located 20 km from Sohna). This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for supervising daily field operations, guiding farm laborers, and ensuring that farm activities are executed efficiently and according to schedule.

The ideal candidate will be a practical, ground-level leader with practical experience in crop care, labor management, and daily farm maintenance routines.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Supervision: Direct and monitor daily field activities, including planting, weeding, watering, and harvesting.
• Labor Coordination: Delegate tasks to farm laborers, oversee their daily output, and enforce safety protocols.
• Crop & Soil Upkeep: Assist in applying fertilizers, pesticides, and irrigation as per the management's schedule.
• Equipment Care: Inspect farm tools, pumps, and machinery regularly, reporting any repair needs promptly.
• Daily Logging: Keep basic records of labor attendance, daily activities, and input usage on the farm.
• Site Support: Help maintain overall site cleanliness, storage organization, and crop security.
