This is a full-time on-site role located in Pushkar for a Farm Manager / Agriculture Supervisor. The role involves overseeing daily farm operations, managing crop production and land management, supervising farm workers, and ensuring the implementation of best farming practices. Responsibilities include planning planting and harvesting schedules, monitoring crop health, managing equipment maintenance, and maintaining adherence to safety and sustainability standards.

• Strong knowledge of Agricultural Management, Crop Production, and Land Management
• Experience in Leadership, Team Supervision, and Workforce Management
• Skills in Problem-Solving, Decision-Making, and Resource Allocation
• Understanding of Sustainable Farming Practices and Environmental Conservation
• Technical Know-How for Farm Equipment Operation and Maintenance
• Ability to work effectively on-site and adapt to dynamic farming environments
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field
• Previous farm management experience is preferred
