Farm Guide

We're looking for an enthusiastic, physically fit Field Guide who loves nature, people, and adventure. You'll be the face of the farm for our visitors — leading them on hikes, treks, and outdoor experiences, while making sure they feel at home in the wild.

And here's the twist: we'd also love for you to be handy with a phone camera. When something special happens — a family harvesting fruit, kids running through the orchard, or a group at the mountain top — you'll capture those moments so we can share them with the world. Don't worry, you don't need to be a pro photographer. Just quick, natural, and authentic.

• Lead visitors on treks, hikes, and farm tours with energy and enthusiasm.
• Share your knowledge about flora, fauna, farming, and ecology in a fun, engaging way.
• Capture casual photos/videos of key moments with a phone camera.
• Ensure safety and comfort of groups during physically demanding activities.
• Step in when needed to support events and activities (flexibility is key).

• Have a naturalist background and love learning about the land and its ecosystems.
• Physically fit — comfortable trekking, hiking, and leading outdoor activities.
• Friendly, approachable, and a natural storyteller.
• Comfortable speaking to groups and keeping their energy high.
• Quick with a camera phone and an eye for a good shot.
• A team player who'll jump in wherever needed.

Because this isn't a desk job — it's a role for someone who thrives outside, with people, in nature. You'll get to explore beautiful farms, work with passionate folks, and create memories for visitors every single day.

Note: This is a full-time, on-site role. You'll be living at the farms.
