Role Overview

As a Quantitative Research Analyst - AI Enabled, you'll spearhead data-driven strategies in a fast-paced environment. With 2+ years of experience, you'll develop advanced models, implement AI solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle complex challenges in quantitative finance and analytics. This position empowers you to shape investment processes and deliver actionable insights that propel our diverse ventures forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth quantitative research and build statistical, analytical, and AI-powered models to inform strategic decisions.
• Analyse vast datasets to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities, supporting data-driven decision-making across the group.
• Collaborate with tech-savvy teams to deploy AI-driven solutions for business problems in finance, operations, and beyond.
• Provide high-impact insights to refine investment strategies and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

Must-Haves

• Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, or related field (MBA Finance or CFA strongly preferred)
• Experience: 2+ years in quantitative research/analytics; proven work in a tech-enabled team (2-3+ members)
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in quantitative finance, statistics, Python/R, data visualisation tools; strong AI/data-driven expertise
• Core Competencies: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; collaborative mindset; adaptable to fast-paced settings
• Advantages: Familiarity with AI/software management; passion for innovation in multi-industry contexts
