*Job Purpose*
The Operations Executive will support the day-to-day operations of the Single Family Office, ensuring smooth functioning, compliance, and operational efficiency across finance, investments, vendors, technology, and administrative functions. The role works closely with the Head of Operations and internal teams to streamline processes and uphold high operational standards.
Responsibilities
Support overall operational management including administration, workflows, policies, and process improvement. Knowledge knowledge of documents process.
Assist finance and investment teams with budgeting, reporting, portfolio data management, bookkeeping, and audit support.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and partners; assist in contract management and performance tracking.
Support family office administrative needs including property management, philanthropy coordination, and deal execution support.
Assist in technology implementation, data management, and digital transformation initiatives.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance policies; support risk management processes.
Represent the Family Office at relevant meetings, conferences, and networking forums as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA, additional certifications or advanced degrees preferred.
Relevant Experience* - 7+ years of Previous experience in operations management, preferably within a family office, financial services firm, Banking or related industry. Familiarity with financial and operational principles, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Familiar with bank papers related to investment, loan.
