  • Experience In implementing and maintaining FICO- Falcon Fraud Manager suite.
  • Technical experience to deploy and maintain servers of the Falcon applications like Scoring Server, Couchbase, MUX, Case Manager, Expert.
  • Troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve all the Falcon technical issues.
  • Experience in upgrading the Falcon applications to latest versions.
  • Experience in Falcon BAU/Prod support.
  • Good understanding of Fraud/ AML domain
  • Falcon certification will add advantage.
