Your impact
The Failure Analysis Lab Manager is responsible for monitoring and delivering to all established department level KPI's and Quality Metrics for all devices and materials coded for Failure Analysis. Including planning and directing of schedules, monitoring department budget/spending, cross-functional team communication, with a focus on delivering FA services that enhances the Heartstream Customer Experience. The role coordinates the implementation of all FA Lab activities and strategy.
- The role oversees departmental capabilities, ensuring the development of necessary competencies and knowledge for introducing new technology and maintaining technology and tool oversight.

You'll thrive in the role if
- You have a bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical degree or demonstrated job experience in Failure Analysis or other lab related functions.
- You've acquired 5+ years of experience leading a team focused on engineering, innovation or Failure Analysis Lab operations.
- Your skills include a technical engineering background, familiarity with Failure Analysis processes and procedures, enhanced communication skills and associated business management.
- You must be able to successfully perform all required Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
- You're a self-starter, Team Builder and Servant Leader with excellent communication skills and a deep desire to serve our customers.
