Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Physics Faculty who can effectively teach students from AP/TS State Board and NCERT curriculum. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, experience in teaching competitive exam concepts, and the ability to deliver engaging lessons both in classroom and digital formats, including social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Teaching & Subject Expertise
- Deliver high-quality Physics lessons aligned with AP/TS State Board and NCERT curriculum
- Simplify complex concepts for better student understanding
- Cover fundamentals as well as competitive exam-oriented topics
- (EAMCET, JEE foundation, etc.)
2. Content Delivery (Online & Offline)
- Conduct classes for students in both offline and online formats
- Create and deliver engaging video lessons for social media and digital platforms
- Be camera-friendly and confident while teaching on video
3. Academic Planning
- Prepare lesson plans, notes, assignments, and practice materials
- Structure content for concept clarity and exam readiness
- Collaborate with the academic/content team for curriculum development
4. Student Engagement
- Encourage interactive learning and doubt clarification
- Monitor student progress and provide guidance
- Adapt teaching style based on student needs
5. Performance & Quality
- Maintain high teaching standards and content quality
- Ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency in subject delivery
Key Skills & Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Physics concepts (State Board + NCERT)
- Teaching experience in school-level and competitive exam preparation
- Excellent communication skills (preferably English + Telugu)
- Comfortable and confident in camera-based teaching
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and engaging manner
- Good presentation and classroom management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Physics or related field
- Experience in coaching for EAMCET / JEE / NEET (Physics)
- Prior experience in online teaching or content creation
