Position Objective
The Learning Facilitator is responsible for driving learner success across enrolled programs through consistent engagement, academic support, and timely interventions. The role focuses on improving learner outcomes, ensuring course completion, and enhancing the overall learning experience in a self-paced online environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end ownership of learner success, ensuring consistent engagement and timely course completion
- Conduct learner orientation and induction sessions covering LMS navigation, course structure, assessments, and timelines
- Monitor learner progress against defined milestones and follow up on pending submissions
- Identify at-risk learners and initiate timely interventions to ensure learner success
- Provide academic guidance on modules, assignments, academic writing, and referencing standards
- Review assessments (where applicable) and deliver clear, constructive, and actionable feedback
- Conduct doubt-clearing and feedback sessions to support learner understanding
- Ensure adherence to academic integrity and institutional policies
- Plan and execute learner engagement initiatives such as webinars, workshops, and discussions
- Support learners with research projects, including reviews and final evaluations (if applicable)
- Maintain accurate learner data and track engagement in LMS and related systems
- Contribute to course improvements, content reviews, and academic initiatives
- Share learner insights and feedback to support continuous improvement
Qualifications & Experience
- Master's Degree in Health and Safety or any other relevant discipline.
- 1+ years of experience in teaching, mentoring, academic support, Management subjects and Relevant subjects
- Strong conceptual clarity in management subjects
- Comfortable working in a self-paced digital learning environment
- Willingness to handle learner follow-ups and academic coordination
