Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Guide and mentor students in academic and career-related matters.
- Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Keep updated with the latest developments in the subject area.
- Contribute to curriculum development and improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject or field.
- 110 years of teaching or academic experience (based on level of the role).
- Strong knowledge of the subject and curriculum requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to inspire and engage students effectively.
