Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Faculty Member role based in Indore. The Faculty Member will deliver engaging and impactful lectures to students, curate and develop course materials, and conduct assessments to evaluate student progress. They will actively contribute to curriculum development and collaborate with the academic team to ensure high-quality education. Additional responsibilities include mentoring students, fostering a conducive learning environment, and staying updated with industry trends to integrate them into teaching practices.
Qualifications
- Expertise in financial principles, economics, accounting, or other relevant subject areas
- Strong communication and presentation skills for delivering lectures effectively
- Experience in curriculum development and academic research
- Ability to mentor and guide students, fostering academic growth and professional development
- Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Finance, Economics, or related disciplines is strongly preferred
- Experience in teaching or professional training in finance or allied fields
- Proficiency in utilizing modern educational tools and methods, including e-learning platforms
