Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective online sessions for students of Classes of JEE division
- Develop and review study material, practice sheets, and assessments for respective subjects
- Track student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Mentor students to build strong academic foundations and competitive exam readiness
- Collaborate with academic and content teams to ensure quality teaching and learning outcomes
- Participate in faculty development programs, workshops, and training sessions
Required Qualifications & Skill
sMinimum experience: 3 Year
- Graduate/Postgraduate in the relevant subject (B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Tech/M.Tech/Ph.D. or equivalent) from a reputed institute
- Prior online teaching experience in PNCF/Foundation/JEE/NEET segments preferred
- Strong subject knowledge and ability to simplify complex concepts
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills to conduct virtual classrooms and recorded session
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and motivating students
- Ability to use digital/AI tools is a plu
- Proficiency in using AI-enabled teaching platforms, LMS, digital whiteboards, and content-creation tools
