Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Faculty Fresher Trainer specializing in Embedded Systems. The position is located in Salem. The responsibilities include training freshers in embedded systems concepts and applications, preparing training materials, conducting hands-on practical sessions, evaluating trainees progress, and providing constructive feedback. The trainer will also collaborate with the team to ensure the curriculum is aligned with the latest industry standards and practices.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of Embedded Systems, Microcontrollers, and Microprocessors
• Programming skills in C, C++, and Assembly Language
• Proficiency in Hardware Design and Circuit Analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to engage, mentor, and guide freshers effectively
• Knowledge of real-time operating systems (RTOS) and debugging tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or a related engineering field
• Prior experience in training or teaching is advantageous but not mandatory
