Faculty - Fashion Designing

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a faculty, prime responsibility would be taking classes of Fashion Designing students as per course curriculum pursuing Graduation, Master degree & Certificate courses.

Concerned faculty has to ensure that the students provide good feedback regarding the classes taken by him or her.

Needs to be a good mentor of the students so that the students can propel in their career for which they are basically pursuing the course.

Students needs to be groomed up technically as well as in terms of smartness that they are industry ready professionals.

Needs to handle students in a positive approach that there remains negligible level of dis-satisfaction and students remain motivated always in all possible manner.

Need to maintain a healthy relationship with the students that they remain always interested and motivated for completing the course nicely in which they are enrolled.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Candidates with Master in Fashion Designing would be preferred. However, Graduation Degree is acceptable for those who are technically very sound and are fast learner with excellent communication skill & are presentable.

ONLY CANDIDATES WHO ARE BASED IN KOLKATA NEED TO APPLY.

Preference would be given to candidates possessing 1-2 years of Teaching Experience.

Desired Candidates must be technically sound in regards to Fashion Designing(Coral Draw, Illustration, Elements of Textile, Visual Merchandising, History & Basics of Fashion, Pattern Making etc.)

Should be well versed in Textile Designing as well.Preference will be given to those who are well versed in Fashion Design Basics & Fashion related CAD softwares.

Industry Exposure preferred.

Should be flexible enough to undertake extra classes as per the situation.
