*Job Title: Principal Associate*

*Experience:* 5-6 years in teaching/training, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial or team-lead capacity

*Role Overview*

We are looking for a Principal Associate who will both lead a team of educators/trainers and actively take classes. This is a hybrid role combining hands-on teaching delivery with people management, requiring strong subject expertise and team leadership skills.

*Key Responsibilities*

- Conduct live classes/training sessions on a regular basis

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of teaching/training staff

- Monitor team performance and ensure delivery quality standards are met

- Drive adoption of AI tools to improve teaching efficiency and content delivery

- Identify process gaps and implement improvements

- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders on planning and delivery

- Handle escalations and ensure smooth day-to-day team operations

*Required Skills*

- 5-6 years of teaching/training experience, with active classroom/session delivery experience

- Strong working familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) for content creation, lesson planning, or productivity

- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team

- Sharp analytical thinking and problem-solving ability

- Excellent communication skills
