Mahindra University invites applications for the role of Faculty Associate – Embedded Systems & Firmware under the Bajaj Engineering Skills Training (BEST) Program. Position: Faculty Associate

Location: Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

• Deliver training in embedded C, microcontrollers, and firmware (Automotive & IoT focus)
• Conduct hands-on labs with sensors, actuators, and debugging tools
• Mentor students on end-to-end embedded projects
• Align curriculum with industry trends (IoT, TinyML, Embedded Security)
• Ensure continuous assessment and industry-ready outcomes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• M.Tech./M.S. in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field
• 4+ years of experience in embedded systems/firmware development
• Strong proficiency in C/C++, MCU architectures, and RTOS
• Experience with communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, USB)
• Hands-on experience with debugging tools and development environments
• Opportunity to enroll in a Ph.D. program within the University
