We are looking for passionate educators exclusively for the online segment who can inspire, mentor, and prepare young students in the JEE, NEET divisions and Foundation segment (Classes 6th to 10th) under the PNCF (Pre-Nurture & Career Foundation).
Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective online sessions for students of Classes 6th–12th and 12th Pass (PNCF segment/JEE/ NEET division).
- Develop and review study material, practice sheets, and assessments for respective subjects.
- Track student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Mentor students to build strong academic foundations and competitive exam readiness.
- Collaborate with academic and content teams to ensure quality teaching and learning outcomes.
- Participate in faculty development programs, workshops, and training sessions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Maximum age: 35 years; Minimum experience: 3 Years
- Graduate/Postgraduate in the relevant subject (B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Tech/M.Tech/Ph.D.or equivalent) from a reputed institute.
- Prior online teaching experience in PNCF/Foundation/JEE/NEET segments preferred.
- Strong subject knowledge and ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills to conduct virtual classrooms and recorded sessions
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and motivating students.
- Ability to use digital/AI tools is a plus
- Proficiency in using AI-enabled teaching platforms, LMS, digital whiteboards, and content-creation tools
