About the Program

This unique program introduces students of Grades 10–12 to the exciting world of Artificial Intelligence (AI) through hands-on, creative applications. With no prior coding knowledge required, the curriculum empowers students to use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva, Suno.ai, and Google Teachable Machine for both academic and creative pursuits—ranging from summarizing textbooks and clarifying doubts to building no-code websites and generating AI-powered music.

Role Summary

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic AI Tools Faculty to deliver this foundational course to high school students from diverse streams. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with generative AI tools and able to explain fundamental AI concepts in a simple, engaging, and responsible way. You will guide students through a project-based learning journey that blends AI fluency, creativity, and ethical thinking.

Position Type: Full-Time

Location: Work From Home (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver 18 instructor-led sessions (3 hours each, including Q&A) in an engaging and interactive manner.
  • Demonstrate use cases of tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva, Suno.ai, and Teachable Machine.
  • Introduce basic AI concepts (Machine Learning, NLP, Classification, Recommendation Systems) using simple analogies.
  • Support students in applying AI tools for summarizing, flashcards, writing, visual storytelling, web creation, music generation, and project planning.
  • Encourage ethical awareness around AI (bias, misinformation, privacy).
  • Evaluate and provide feedback on student capstone projects.
  • Report session progress and student outcomes to the program coordinator.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Education, Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Prior teaching or edtech facilitation experience, especially with teenagers.
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
  • Passion for empowering young learners through technology.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with high school students (Grades 9–12).
  • Familiarity with Google Teachable Machine, Scratch, or no-code platforms (e.g., Glide, Replit, Thunkable).
  • Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts (classification, NLP, recommendation systems).
  • Awareness of ethical issues in AI and ability to facilitate discussions on responsible use.

Learning Outcomes for Students

By the end of the program, students will:

  • Confidently use AI tools for academic and creative tasks.
  • Create flashcards, summaries, and doubt-resolution aids using AI.
  • Build and publish no-code websites or simple apps.
  • Design and present a capstone project powered by AI.
  • Understand core AI concepts and adopt responsible usage practices.
