Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Factory Worker role based in Hyderabad. The Factory Worker will support daily production activities, including operating machinery, assisting with packing and material handling, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The role involves following standard operating procedures, adhering to safety guidelines, and working with supervisors and team members to meet production targets. The Factory Worker will perform basic quality checks on products, support routine maintenance tasks, and help load, move, or store materials as required. The position requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- Foundational experience in machine operation and production processes, with the ability to follow operating instructions and safety protocols.
- Skills in packing and material handling, including organizing finished goods and preparing items for storage or dispatch.
- Basic understanding of quality control practices, including visual inspection and reporting defects or issues to supervisors.
- Experience or willingness to learn forklift operation and basic maintenance tasks for equipment and tools.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety guidelines.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks safely.
- Strong teamwork, punctuality, and reliability in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Prior experience in metal fabrication, rail-related manufacturing, or a similar factory environment is an advantage.
- Minimum high school education or equivalent; relevant vocational or technical training is a plus.
