Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Factory Store Assistant located in Barasat. The Factory Store Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with retail sales, organizing and maintaining the store layout, and supporting training activities. Additional duties may include inventory management and ensuring a clean, well-stocked, and welcoming store environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs
- Experience in Retail Sales and the ability to assist customers in selecting suitable products
- Organization and multitasking skills to maintain store presentation and manage inventory efficiently
- Knowledge or experience in Training team members or providing guidance to colleagues
- Capability to work in a team-oriented environment and demonstrate a proactive approach
- Previous retail or store management experience is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in retail or customer service are a plus
