We are expanding our production team and looking for sincere and hardworking individuals to join our factory operations.

Production Work:

Assisting in soya milk production process

Handling soybean soaking, grinding, filtering operations

Supporting heating, cooling, and filling processes

Assisting in paneer/tofu processing and packaging

Weighing and packing finished goods

Loading/unloading raw materials and finished products

Labeling and batch coding

Machine Handling:

Basic operation of grinders, boilers, homogenizers, sealing machines

Supporting retort sterilization process (training will be provided)

Cleaning & Hygiene:

Daily cleaning of production area

Washing equipment and utensils

Maintaining hygiene as per food safety standards

Supporting pest control and sanitation activities

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 2530 kg bags (soybean/raw materials)

Able to stand for long hours

Physically fit and active

Eligibility:

Education: 8th Pass / 10th Pass / 12th Pass

Experience: Fresher or 12 years factory experience preferred

Food industry experience is a plus

Must be disciplined and ready to follow SOP

Preferred Qualities:

Honest and punctual

Willing to learn

Team player

Basic understanding of hygiene practices

Working Hours:

810 hours shift

Weekly 1 day off
