Job Description
The Factory Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of textile manufacturing production within the factory. This role ensures production targets are achieved efficiently while maintaining product quality, workplace safety, and operational standards. The manager supervises production staff, coordinates production schedules, and monitors manufacturing processes to ensure smooth factory operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage daily textile production activities to meet production targets.
- Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and production efficiency.
- Supervise and coordinate production workers, machine operators, and supervisors.
- Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of textile production machinery and equipment.
- Monitor raw material usage and minimize production waste.
- Maintain compliance with workplace safety regulations and factory policies.
- Coordinate with quality control teams to ensure finished products meet company standards.
- Prepare production reports and monitor productivity performance.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
Minimum Working Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Textile Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in textile manufacturing or factory production operations.
- At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of textile production processes, factory operations, and production planning is preferred.
- Experience operating or managing industrial textile machinery is an advantage.
