1.Factory Production Foreman & CNC Operator

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Factory Foreman / Senior Aluminum Technician for our production facility. This role requires a hands-on professional who understands the entire manufacturing cycle of aluminum systems, from raw profiles to the finished product.

Requirements:

Experience: Previous experience as a Factory Foreman or Production Supervisor in the aluminum industry.

Machinery Skills: Expert operator of Double-Head Cutting Saws.

CNC Expertise: Proficient in operating and handling CNC Machining Centers for aluminum profiles.

Assembly Mastery: Extensive experience in the assembly and installation of all types of hardware (locks, hinges, tilt-and-turn mechanisms, etc.) on aluminum frames.

Production Management: Ability to organize the workflow, manage materials, and maintain production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing the production line and ensuring maximum accuracy in cutting and machining.

Quality control of every unit before it leaves the factory.

Maintenance supervision of factory machinery and equipment.

2. Aluminium Installers

We are seeking experienced Aluminium Installers to join a well-established aluminium fabrication and installation company working on large commercial and residential projects.

Position Overview

The role involves on-site installation of aluminium systems, including:

• Curtain wall & faade systems
• Structural glazing
• Aluminium doors & windows
• Large-scale building envelopes

Projects include high-rise buildings, commercial complexes, and large developments, similar to those executed in UAE and other Arabic countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation of aluminium faades, curtain wall systems, and structural glazing
• Installation of aluminium doors and windows
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and shop drawings
• Accurate alignment, sealing, fixing, and finishing of aluminium systems
• Working safely at height and on large construction sites
• Coordinating with site engineers and supervisors
• Lead and supervise the aluminium installation team on site.

Must have valid DRIVING LICENSE
