About the Role

our client is hiring a Manufacturing Operator to join our operations team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for operating manufacturing equipment, performing in-process quality inspections, and maintaining compliance with safety and cleanroom standards. This is an ideal role for entry-level candidates looking to grow their career in production and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Operation & Maintenance: Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery. Clean and maintain tools (e.g., microscopes, tweezers) and work areas.

Quality Assurance: Perform in-process inspections of components and assemblies to verify quality compliance.

Documentation & Compliance: Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and accurately complete Data History Records (DHRs), Work Releases (WR), and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).

Process Control & Reporting: Report equipment issues or process discrepancies to Supervisors immediately. Communicate with Manufacturing Engineering regarding downtime issues.

Shift Handover: Conduct smooth shift passdown meetings with peers to maintain continuous workflow.

Material Handling: Prepare, verify, and label materials according to work orders.

Key Requirements

Education: 12th pass - Good communication

Experience: 0–2 years of experience (Freshers are welcome to apply).

Technical Knowledge: Basic computer skills, elementary math skills, and an understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) / Good Documentation Practice (GDP) is a plus.

Communication: Ability to read drawings and communicate effectively in English (written and spoken).

Physical Capabilities: Able to stand for long hours, lift up to 25 lbs, perform repetitive wrist/arm movements, and handle production chemicals/reagents safely.

Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
