Role Description The Factory Operations Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves assessing factory operations, mapping processes, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality. The consultant will collaborate with factory leadership and cross-functional teams to design and implement operational improvements, standard operating procedures, and performance metrics. Daily responsibilities include conducting data-driven analyses, facilitating workshops, coaching client teams on best practices, and preparing clear reports and recommendations. The role also requires monitoring the impact of implemented changes, providing ongoing support, and ensuring that solutions are aligned with strategic business goals.

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation, problem-solving, and performance measurement.
