Factory MIS & Workforce Systems Executive

Location: Bhopal

Industry: Manufacturing / Industrial Operations

Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (Non-Negotiable)

We are in the process of building a structured Factory Operating System across our manufacturing operations using Excel, Power BI, operational MIS, and process-driven reporting systems.

We are looking for highly capable and execution-oriented professionals who are strong in Excel, Power BI, MIS systems, operational reporting, and systems implementation, and who are interested in building scalable workforce and factory operations systems from the ground up.

The initial focus of the role will be attendance, shift roster, OT, leave, payroll input, and workforce visibility systems across multiple manufacturing plants. Over time, the role is expected to evolve into broader factory systems, reporting, and operational automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage employee and contractor attendance systems
  • Develop and maintain shift roster, leave, and OT tracking systems
  • Prepare payroll input data and monthly operational MIS reports
  • Build structured Excel-based workforce and factory reporting systems
  • Develop Power BI dashboards and operational visibility reports
  • Standardize attendance and reporting formats across factories
  • Coordinate with factory HR, Production, Maintenance, and Accounts teams
  • Develop systems that improve operational visibility, reporting discipline, and workforce control across plants

Important Note

This is a high-accountability execution role with clear operational deliverables. The selected candidate will be expected to independently develop, implement, stabilize, and continuously improve workforce and factory MIS systems across operations.

Strong technical and analytical capability is non-negotiable for this role.

Minimum 5 years of relevant hands-on experience is mandatory. Candidates without strong exposure to manufacturing MIS, operational reporting, Excel-based systems, workforce management, and system implementation environments may not be suitable for this position.

This role is outcome-driven and intended for candidates who are comfortable working in high-accountability manufacturing environments with clear execution expectations.
