Job description: Senior Factory Operation Executive
Qualification: Preferred Bachelors degree in Food Technology, Production, Supply Chain, or related field
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning within the food industry.
Joining: Immediate or within 30 days
Offering Salary: 25k to 39k/month (3 to 4.75 LPA )
Working Days: one in a week off (will be discussed in the interview)
Working Time: 9 hours (will be discussed in the interview)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Factory Operation Executive from the Spices industry with strong expertise in production planning and coordination. The role involves overseeing the complete production process, managing supplier and manufacturer communication, ensuring timely availability of raw materials, tracking production progress, and achieving high-quality output within deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
Production & Machine Operations
Operate and supervise spice processing machines including cleaners, roasters, grinders, conveyors, grinding machines, hammer mills, pulverizers, and packing machines
Ensure daily production targets are met with minimal downtime.
Assist in planning and executing daily production schedules.
Tracking & Monitoring
Monitor production performance and track progress against targets.
Ensure timely completion and dispatch of finished spice products.
Raw Material Management
Plan and manage availability and usage of raw material and packing materials.
Avoid shortages, overstocking, and material wastage.
Supplier & Manufacturer Coordination
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production flow.
Quality & Compliance
Monitor spice quality parameters such as colour, aroma, fineness, moisture, and purity.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Coordinate with the Quality Control team for in-process checks and corrective actions.
Inventory & Material Control
Track inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods physically as well as on excel
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain batch records, stock sheets, machine logs, and daily production reports on excel
Report production deviations or quality issues promptly.
Coordination & Support
Work closely with supervisors, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch of finished goods.
Identify and resolve production issues including delays, shortages, and process deviations.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong knowledge of production processes, raw material planning, and supply chain coordination.
Proficiency in MS Excel and production planning tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive and result- oriented approach.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Certifications in Production Planning / Supply Chain Management.
