Factory Manager

Aman Lifestyle is an integrated apparel manufacturing firm with significant in-house capacity, producing for SCAKHI and other premium clients. We're looking for a factory manager who runs a tight, accountable, audit-ready floor.

What you'll own

•      End-to-end factory operations — cutting, stitching, finishing, QC, packing

•      Production discipline, line balancing, and daily output tracking

•      Floor-level process integrity — bundling accuracy, expense tracking, finishing closure

•      Workforce management across departments — hiring, training, performance, retention

•      SOP enforcement and continuous process improvement

•      Coordination with merchandising, planning, and design teams to hit ship dates

•      Safety, compliance, and audit-readiness (global buyer standards)

You'll thrive here if you

•      Have 6–12 years running a women's apparel/ethnic wear factory floor

•      Are systems-obsessed — you build structure, not chaos

•      Can read a production board, an efficiency report, and a worker's mood with equal clarity

•      Have managed teams of 100+ workers across multiple departments

•      Understand the Indian apparel manufacturing ecosystem deeply

•      Can hold a high bar without losing the floor's trust

Bonus

•      Exposure to export-quality production, audit protocols (BSCI/Sedex/SA8000), or lean manufacturing
