We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to oversee the complete operations of our manufacturing facility and drive performance, productivity, and quality to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end factory operations with focus on efficiency, productivity & safety
- Lead production planning, workflow management, and daily shop-floor activities
- Ensure quality control standards are consistently met
- Manage cost control, waste reduction, and resource optimization
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and ensure smooth production cycles
- Supervise and motivate factory staff with strong leadership
- Solve operational challenges with effective, data-driven decisions
- Maintain compliance with all safety and statutory regulations
Preferred Experience
- 10 to 15 years of hands-on experience
- Experience in Garment / Apparel / Textile / Manufacturing industry is a strong advantage
- Proven expertise in team management, production optimization, and quality systems
