Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Factory Manager based in Bhubaneswar, where the individual will oversee and manage daily manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include planning production schedules, ensuring high-quality output, optimizing operational efficiency, maintaining compliance with safety regulations, and supervising manufacturing processes. The Factory Manager will coordinate teams, monitor equipment performance, manage resources efficiently, and address any operational challenges to ensure timely product delivery.

- Strong expertise in Production Planning and Production Management
- Proven experience in Quality Control to guarantee the highest standard of output
